The meeting was moderated by the managing partner of Sameta law firm Alexei Mordovichev.
The Discussion was launched by Dmitry Barskiy, Senior Lawyer of Sameta Tax Practice, who explained what is the automatic exchange of information between the tax authorities, on what grounds and how it will occur between the countries, participants of CRS MCAA.
Revaz Chitaya, Sameta Tax Practice Lawyer, spoke about the methodology for deciding whether to use the CFC's tax-free disposal mechanisms or to retain such a company.
In the final report, Dmitry Rudakov, a Leading Lawyer of Sameta Tax Practice, explained what is the Multilateral Convention (MLI), as well as what changes this convention will bring to the SOIDS (Agreement on Avoiding Double Taxation).
